TRAIL REPORT

1/23/2025
We got a few fresh inches of snow yesterday and last night.
The groomer went out on the west end of the island yesterday and says the waterholes are solid now on the west end. The snow is still thin and they did click on a few rocks in some places though.
They will be heading out on east end today. Hopefully this end is better too but the east end doesn’t get much snow until the big lake is froze… mostly because the snow blows off it into the water then once the lake freezes it has the opposite effect and we have tons of there.
Get them snow dance boots on and keep dancing like no one is watching!

Ride safe, enjoy the trails and keep doing your snow dance… it’s working!

The groomer was out today for the first time this season on our west end. While in town there is around 8 inches of snow along the south loop there is place that only got a couple of inches compounded with all the rain we have had this fall and not cold enough temps yet the trails in a lot of areas are a muddy mess. We highly recommend not going on them just yet!
Sorry this is not the news any of us want to hear right now. Start doing your snow dance and hope more snow and colder weather to freeze these areas up.

Ride safe, enjoy the trails and keep doing your snow dance… it’s working!
